Regardless of whether you’re a Phillips & Marek colleague or client, you’ll work within a culture of mutual respect, gratitude and even latitude for taking risks. We’ll run “90 to nothing” when it’s necessary, but also will set boundaries to avoid burnout. Most importantly, we’ll do it all with a sense of humor.
